Glossy finish
Apart from its exceptional thickness, the fiber paper is composed of an alpha-cellulose base without acid and it is covered with barium sulphate, and a microporous layer absorption enhancing pigments during printing. A pure white color, non-yellowing to light, this paper is especially designed for resistance and aging. It is used by major museums worldwide as it offers excellent resolution, rendering deep and dense colors.

Alexey Zuev (b. 05/16/1955, Kizel, Perm Krai, Russia) is an amateur artist, I make collages and portraits of famous people in the technique of applique.
Collages. The first work belongs to the period from 1975 to 1980. In those days there were a small number of musical rock and beat groups. I collected them, and I have accumulated several works about the world-famous Beatles group. Therefore, I decided to stick it on a sheet of A4 paper so that they would not be completely lost. That's how my first collage was born. The second period refers to the 90s of the last century and the beginning of the present, approximately from 1998 to 2002. During this period, about 40 collages were made. The main areas of work were collages-stories, collages-wishes, collages-characters. The third period began in 2010 and ended in 2014. The number of works completed during this period is about 400. Collage themes are very diverse.
Portraits - applications. Since the end of 2014, he began to create portraits of famous people in the technique of applique. The material for the portraits are colored text fragments that I cut out of a free newspaper ment. The production of one example of a portrait takes from 4 to 5 days. I prefer to portray smiling people. The choice of a particular person is made by personal preferences, this person is more important to me than others. From about 2018 to the present, I have been engaged in portraits of applications made of colored and packaging paper in the Cubist style. I have recently completed a series of portraits of celebrities from the gallery of Andy Warhol's works.
