Oil painting. The painting is painted with paints using Linseed oil, a palette knife and a brush. I am fascinated by the majestic nature of Spain. The wild sea elements and rocky shores of the North of Spain. I hope I managed to convey the riot of nature in the North of Spain.
Cabo Mayor Lighthouse, Santander , Cantabria
The Cabo Maeir lighthouse rises in the very north of the city of Santander , above huge steep cliffs. It was built by Royal Decree in 1833 on the site of an old lighthouse. The original design of the building was made by the ship's captain Flipp Bauza , and the final version was presented by Domingo Roja .
To the right of the lighthouse, behind a small gate, there is a staircase that leads you to the viewpoints located on a rocky outcrop rising from the depths of the ocean. These viewpoints offer stunning panoramic views of the entire city of Santander . From them you can also ire the lighthouse from the ocean and the rocks on which it is located. Indescribable emotions are guaranteed !
