I decided to create bas-reliefs using the art of Jan and Joël Martel. It became a fascinating and creative process. I paid attention to details and structure to capture the aesthetics and style typical of their sculptures.
This sculpture is not an authentic bronze cast; rather, it is a plaster cast skillfully painted to emulate the appearance of bronze—a technique known as faux finish.
