The painting shows the clash of elements through the interaction of rich turquoise, emerald and green with bright accents of ochre and beige. The texture of thick brushstrokes creates the illusion of a natural landscape - branches, leaves, tree bark breaking through the depths of the wilderness, as well as light cutting through the dense forest. This abstraction conveys an intriguing story that took place in the forest. Perhaps someone, breaking through the chaotic green thickets, ends up in a hollow tree, as if in an imaginary world of illusions, inhabited by strange anthropomorphic creatures. The texture of brushstrokes creates dynamics and a sense of movement. This oil painting encourages reflection on the struggle of opposites and harmony in natural chaos, symbolizes the balance between energy and calm.

Svitlana Andriichenko was born on February 22, 1977 in the Ukrainian town of Svitlovodsk, and even as a child she constantly showed a special interest in nature, painting and color. "The desire to painting arose in my youth, I entered an art school, which I successfully graduated from after 5 years of study. Unfortunately, life in a post-Soviet country ended with prosaic things - I received a law degree (Master of Laws) and became a lawyer, worked as a prosecutor for twenty long years and only in my thoughts constantly returned to art. Home, family, pleasure from genuine sincerity and comfort. Then there were many years of restrictions on the creative spark. From personal experience - it is difficult. But there comes a moment when you become free. You decided it yourself, you did it yourself. Everyone should feel it - happiness, a little fear and an intoxicating feeling of freedom. In the end, the same irresistible force took its toll. Since 2014, I began to engage in creativity again - what I would like to do all my life since childhood. In 2021, I opened my own studio-gallery with an area of 100 square meters. It was a quiet place where I enjoyed working as an artist after my main job at the prosecutor's office. The beginning of the war. After February 24, 2022, my life was divided into "before and after", because of the war I moved from Ukraine to , where my daughter lived and studied at the university before the war. With great difficulty, I managed to transport about 200 of my paintings to . New country, new life, new challenges. Since 01.03.2022 I live and create paintings in Cologne. has become my second home, where I can live and create. My paintings are my emotions and my life. I transfer them to canvas. Color is my ion. The feeling of natural harmony gives inspiration to the creation of my flowers and landscapes. My emotions, thoughts, feelings, experience contribute to the creation of abstract paintings. I am truly happy alone with canvases and paints. In my work I use canvas and oil paints. For me, this is the most natural combination of ways of self-expression. I also use various brushes, spatulas and custom-made special artistic tools. The size of my oil paintings depends on my state of mind at any given moment. These can be abstract flowers on a canvas measuring 20x20 cm or abstract expressionism measuring 100x100 or 90x160 cm." Today, the artist's portfolio includes about 300 paintings, which are stored in Cologne. Her paintings are in the collections of art connoisseurs in the USA, Israel, Norway, Japan, Switzerland, , , Italy, Turkey and Ukraine.
