Glossy finish
Apart from its exceptional thickness, the fiber paper is composed of an alpha-cellulose base without acid and it is covered with barium sulphate, and a microporous layer absorption enhancing pigments during printing. A pure white color, non-yellowing to light, this paper is especially designed for resistance and aging. The rapeseed fields illuminate the Normandy countryside, even on a grey day the light is incredible. Rapeseed, small (24 cm x 30 cm) dry pastel on pastelmat, memory of a bike ride in May.

Parisian painter, Laurence Allemand is particularly interested in color through different techniques: oil painting, acrylic, watercolor and gouache. Trained at the Beaux Arts workshops in the city of Paris, she works with still life, the living model and the landscape.
His current sources of inspiration revolve around the landscape and the emotions it arouses depending on the atmosphere. The play of light, reflections, mist, dawn and dusk, at night change the landscape into a suggestion, a path towards a form of abstraction.
In 2019, the artist received the first prize from the jury in the oil painting section of the 88th salon of the municipal circle of Gobelins and Beaux Arts in Paris.
