“When we are young and slim, we proudly display the seductive curves of our bodies for iration. We like to show ourselves half-naked on the beach, boasting of a slim, well-shaped, athletic figure.
But before we know it, the years are inexorably taking their toll on our figure. Our body posture is no longer so upright and challenging, we may be a little hunched and awkward, and we walk along the beach more slowly and deliberately.
But despite the fact that we have aged a few years, we can fully enjoy the beauty and joy of life. We don’t want to stop time, we want to enjoy every second of it!”
