Après un bref age aux beaux arts, j'ai dû trouver un travail et ma vie professionnelle ne m'a laissé que peu de temps pour reprendre les pinceaux. Maintenant c'est devenu une vraie ion et cela fait partie de mon mode de vie. Je suis donc un autodidacte motivé, avec une production d'environ 30 oeuvres par an. Etant attiré par la nature et son enchantement, mes sujets de prédilection sont multiples : le monde animal en essayant toujours de transcrire au mieux leur expression et les paysages qui peuvent nous inviter à la rêverie et au lâcher prise, à la zénitude. Parfois je travaille sur des natures mortes que j'essaie de rendre vivantes.... Ma peinture est donc figurative et j'essaie de tendre vers un réalisme magique empreint parfois d'impressionisme. Concernant la peinture animalière, mon style peut s'approcher de l'hyper réalisme et la réalisation d'un tableau peut demander beaucoup de temps (des semaines voire des mois...). J'utilise différents médiums, mais je travaille essentiellement à l'huile, parfois au couteau. J'aime donc explorer différents sujets en fonction de mes envies et cela par périodes. Et le plus important est de toujours prendre du plaisir à peindre et de "m'éclater".
