Claire (Marie) Gay presents original, figurative works,

situated on the border of the abstract, for some, in the

domain of the imaginary and the dream.

Self-taught, influenced by Modigliani, Van Dongen, Jawlensky, Holdler, Soutine, Richter, Nolde, Kisling, and other artists that she discovered by herself.

She began oil painting in 2008, on canvas, and on canvas paper.
