Chidi Chibueze is a self-taught contemporary hyperrealist artist from Anambra, Nigeria. Chibueze uses his art to create a connection between his experience, his daily struggles and those of his audience. He does this by integrating his drawings into different media such as colored papers, newspapers or simply drawing, creating the illusion of a 3D work on a 2D surface to better understand the depth of emotion attached to the artwork.
Drawing has always been an integral part of Chibueze's life. He started at the age of 10 and has always been driven to add something new to his art form or style in order to show a certain level of innovation in the art world and to inspire future artists by showing them that it's possible to be different when others stick to the norm.
