Branimir Misic is a contemporary award-winning sculptor from Canada. He has been making stained glass and mixed media sculptures for over thirty years. The combination of his background in engineering and art has resulted in quirky yet enduring designs of robot sculptures. 

The sculptural care with which Misic creates his characters gives them, despite their physical immobility, an endearing personality. Drawing inspiration from movies, graphic novels, books, mythology, history, and video games, his sculptures fuse human, animal, and mechanical characteristics to give each piece a unique personality. Multimedia robot sculptures, in particular, have become very popular with consumers, due to their unique fusion of human and animal characteristics. 

Branimir Misic was born in 1952, in Bosnia. He lives and works in Canada, where he has exhibited his sculptures and won numerous awards.
