"Italian Style Red Geometries" by Alessandro Butera captures the essence of dynamism and the interaction between light, matter, and space. This unique artwork, a 3D wall sculpture measuring 50x50x16 cm, follows in the footsteps of contemporary Italian Spatialism.

The vibrant red, brilliant and bright, envelops the surface, giving it an aura of energy and positivity. The light plays with the three-dimensional forms, creating an alternation of shadows and reflections that enhance its movement and depth. The geometries that characterize it add further dynamism to the work.

Created with a structure in wood and PLA (3D printed), white Lycra, and acrylic, this wall-mounted artwork is a true design object. The raw PLA and wood piece is carefully filled and sanded by hand to achieve formal perfection, and finally finished with several layers of high-quality matte gloss acrylic paint.

Butera, one of the few Italian artists to carry on the spatialist research, transforms the surface into a three-dimensional form, an extroflexion that dialogues with the surrounding space.

Coming directly from the artist, the work is accompanied by a photo certificate of authenticity and is signed. You will also receive a complimentary copy of the catalog "2017 - 2022 Viaggio alla ricerca della bellezza" (anthological exhibition, Palermo, August 2023, under the patronage of the City of Palermo).

Alessandro Butera is a contemporary Italian artist. His works range from Pop Art to abstraction to informal, and are very recognizable. Butera has always worked in the art world, first as a dealer and gallery owner, and then as an interpreter. With various personal studies and various trips in search of contemporary art masterpieces in the best European museums, he has explored issues related to the pictorial currents of the twentieth and twenty-first centuries, falling in love with various styles and pictorial currents and experimenting with them. Later, when he started selling his works, he continued to deepen various styles such as: abstract expressionism, dadaism, pop art, informal, etc. Curiosity and executive freedom have pushed him over the years to try and create works with various techniques and styles.
